APPLICATIONS

GCON ProCUT+ Classic Oil is general purpose, soluble type cutting oil for use with water of normal hardness. A dilution of 4% to 8% is suitable for the majority of application. It is advised to start with 4% and adjust as necessary. The emulsion is prepared by adding oil to water and not vice versa. It is non-staining and can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals in a wide variety of machining operations including grinding, milling, turning and drilling. It provides a longer life, better emulsion stability, improved precision & better surface finish.

GCON TherMx Oil is formulated from selected and highly refined petroleum base stock. They have good heat transfer efficiency with better resistance to thermal cracking and chemical oxidation. They have high specific heat and good thermal conductivity providing more rapid heating & greater system flexibility. Also the product has a very good thermal stability at bulk fluid temperatures up to 260°C and maximum heater skin temperature of 280°C.

APPLICATIONS

GCON TherMx oil can be used in open & closed system in line with respective bulk Oil temperature. Not recommended to be mixed with other oils, as it may weaken the thermal resistance and oxidation stability, which may cause a change in other properties, affecting the Oil’s useful life.
